The Secretary of State has decided to grant planning permission for Marlow Film Studios. We believe the development will cause significant and lasting harm to the environment, the local community, and the landscape.

However, thankfully, this agreement comes with a number of conditions, in addition to the S106 agreement, a Unilateral Undertaking agreement and the public promises Dido Property Limited made about their plans.

No live filming requiring an audience shall take place on the site without the prior written approval of the local planning authority. Any requests for such events shall be made in writing to and approved by the local planning authority not less than 10 working days prior to the event and the request shall include details of date(s), times, duration, measures to minimise noise and disturbance and a visitor and parking management plan. Events shall be managed in accordance with the approved details.
